Some of the stallions we have used

This is what we look for in a stallion we use for breeding:

  • Impeccable character and temperament
  • Good movements, especially a good walk
  • Well balanced body
  • We like to have a shot of thoroughbred in our breeding
  • Talent for all disciplines
Some of the stallions we used in the last years:

Beautiful half-thoroughbred stallion by Sevillano XX, premium stallion at his licensing. Despite bad luck in his first years he sired premium mares more than other stallions and has a licensed son. His walk is one of the best in the Trakehner population. See here for more information.

Our filly by Herztaenzerin W, Herzbienchen W, is a beautiful, medium-sized mare, moving very well with jumping talent. She will compete in event classes.

Ibisco XX

This wonderful thoroughbred stallion is sire of our great Helene von Herzen W.

Koenigsmarck, whose c.v. is similar to Donaufischer's (including Happy End), doesn't only combine precious Trakehner bloodlines for dressage and jumping. His family has brought a number of international event horses.

Touch my Heart

Three quarters thoroughbred, son of the famous Herzruf. We are lucky to have two daughters in our stable, big movers with a lovely character.

Gluecksruf I

Gluecksruf: We were impressed by this colt at the licensing. When he was put up for breeding in Northern Germany (live service only) we lost every hope of ever using his genes. But his name brought us luck: He moved "down" to Bavaria into Miram Bray's yard and we were the first to book him for Helene. She is supposed to foal in July 2015.
